Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
Is there a cost for using your solutions?
Our open-source solutions are available at no cost. The Data Platform subscription is 1,000,000 VND/month for 10 users (fixed price until end of July 2026). Storage (S3) is 1,000 VND/GB/month. HPC compute starts at 20,000 VND/hour (max 16 CPUs / 32 GB RAM, ratio 1:2). nf-core pipelines are free, OmicsLab pipelines are adjusted, and metagenomics assembly is 100,000 VND/sample for complete genomes. Fully local deployment of the platform and HPC is also available — contact us for details.
How is pricing structured?
We provide customized pricing based on your technical requirements and project scope. Rather than hourly billing, we offer project-based contracts that align with your business objectives and timeline.
What is the availability of your data platform?
Our data platform is currently under trial in Vietnam. Contact us to get 2 free genomics assembly sample runs on the platform. Full integration is supported when using our IaaS infrastructure for High Performance Computing with SLURM configuration.
