Payment Policy

• Step 1: open the pricing page on the Platform, choose the plan you want and select “Register”.
• Step 2: create an account or sign in. If you are new, complete the required details; we send a confirmation email to activate the account.
• Step 3: return to the pricing section and choose the plan that fits your needs.
• Step 4: complete your payment details and continue.
• Step 5: review the plan, apply a discount code if you have one, and continue to payment.
• Step 6: pay by QR code or bank transfer using the details provided, to activate the plan.

The Platform supports the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer, using the account details shown in the Dashboard or on the invoice. Please do not alter the transfer reference.
• Online payment gateway, supporting the domestic and international cards and methods the gateway provides.
• Prepaid top-up to your organization wallet.

Please check the payment information carefully before transferring. The service is activated or renewed only after we confirm payment.

• Payment is made per cycle, normally monthly. Renewal must be completed before the current cycle ends.
• Electronic invoices are issued as required by law.
• Top-up balance: can only be spent while your organization has an active subscription. When the subscription expires or is cancelled with no renewal in flight, the remaining balance is forfeited and reset to zero by an automatic daily sweep; email notices are sent before this is applied.

• If a payment does not succeed, access to the service may be suspended until payment is completed.
• If a duplicate transaction or incorrect charge occurs, contact us; we reconcile the account and refund the difference.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds on termination are governed by our Service Provision, Termination and Refund Policy.
