Pricing Policy

Some products or features of the Platform are subject to service fees. Fees are published on the Platform's pricing page, in the Dashboard, or notified directly to the customer.

• Subscription: charged per billing cycle, normally monthly, according to the plan selected.
• Marketplace storage (pay-as-you-go): charged on a usage basis in monthly cycles, tied to the subscription in force.
• Prepaid top-up: prepaid credit held in your organization wallet and used to pay for services on the Platform.

Prices are expressed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated at checkout or on the invoice. Apart from the listed fee, no other charge arises from the sale of the service. Charges for infrastructure you connect yourself (Bring Your Own Cloud) are billed by your own provider and are not part of our prices.

Each plan includes usage quotas (storage, compute and concurrent jobs). If usage exceeds the subscribed quota in a cycle, the overage is charged at the effective unit price of the plan and deducted from the customer's prepaid balance without interrupting service. Customers should maintain a balance consistent with actual usage so the service runs without interruption.

Fees may be adjusted from time to time, or promotional programmes may apply. Where a change is made, we publish it on the Platform at least 20 days before it takes effect. If the customer continues to use the service after the new fee takes effect, it is treated as acceptance of the adjusted fee.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Refunds on termination are governed by our Service Provision, Termination and Refund Policy.
